Keyless access system problem

Hi folks, have a 2018 Clarity Touring almost 4 years now. Was rear ended over the weekend by a Honda Odyssey. Barely any damage to the rear bumper actually the Odyssey was worse. My problem now is I can use the key fob to lock/unlock the doors and trunk as well as start the car. However I can't use my keyless entry on the door handle or button or open the trunk. Only with the key fob buttons or the buttons inside car. Also the automatic lock when I walk away just does the fast chirp but doesn't lock until I take the fob out of my pocket and press the button. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. By the way from all the weight of the batteries the car really absorbed the hit and didn't budge when it was hit. Almost like the other driver hit a solid wall.
 
According to parts diagram, there is an antenna behind the rear bumper. it is possible that it got smash during the accident. Maybe that is affecting reception and hopefully it didn't zap the entire system.
 
Hopefully when the bumper is replaced (if they find one) the new LF antenna will clear up the problem. Thanks for the reply.
 
A keyless access system is quite sensitive and can get out of order even from small factors. Firstly, you should check the electric circuit that mostly, in all cases, fails to connect to the key fob. The replacement of the old switch and battery would make things work.

Other lock problems could be easily fixed by locksmiths in nw6. They have well-trained specialists available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Don't hesitate to contact them and ask for help.
 
I have the sample problem with my 2019 Honda Clarity , did you fixed the problems?
