Chinese Lyriq has a Frunk.

The Chinese Lyriq only has the 11.5 kW charger for the RWD version allowing it to have a Frunk.

Frunk has higher utility for most people compared to an oversized onboard charger, let’s hope that it will be an option on 2024 US models. Might save some cost, too.

Do we know if AWD models in China will have the trunk, too, or will that space be taken by the front motor?

I think that is unknown for now, but I suspect the AWD versions smaller charger will still have frunk. I'm thinking they wouldn't reengineer the layout of components to add the front motor.
