Now awaiting the call from MA.My SE which was on the Grand Cosmo has switched status from "At the Port" to "In Transit" as of this morning. Looks like it is on the way to the dealership in Los Angeles! Perhaps I'll be taking delivery this weekend?

I wonder who updates status to “At the Dealership” - perhaps someone at the dealership last night.
Same! Hope their prep doesn’t take too long, but I noticed on their website they have 9 SEs (which should be all spoken for) so I’m betting they’ll have a busy weekend processing them.Nice. Which dealership are you picking up from if you don't mind sharing? Mine is from Nick Alexander.
I asked my salesman to not prep the car. I want to peel the wrapping off, and I dont want any waxes or other solvents on the car. I asked they do no more than vacuum it. I can torque the lug bolts. I need that extra day for refinancing before a deadline.Same! My Mini SE is on the Elektra now heading to Halifax (due in on 6/27 14:38 local time) then to Savannah then to Brunswick, GA. On to a truck to South Florida.
I won’t pay the 99¢/day for tracking until my MA lets me know it’s actually aboard a vessel, but as I said, he’s not proactive. I think I’ll just come up with an excuse to swing by the dealership early next week (it’s a holiday in Quebec tomorrow) and ask about tinting (again) and accessories, then ask again for the latest status. Elektra should dock at CAHAL late Monday or early Tuesday, while Carmen shouldn’t be far behind.
I should have said PDI in addition to prep. PDI shouldn’t take more than a few hours, but dealers have a checklist to follow. If there is a backlog of vehicles obviously that would impact the timelines.I asked my salesman to not prep the car. I am indeed using it for my commute! Like my prior i3, it has no problem with the round-trip commute in the summer, but come winter I expect it to be dicey. I do 48 miles each way via 460 and will have around 20-25% SoC left when I get home (in current Summer weather).Yep, I went from Richmond/Glen Allen to the ChargePoint on Parham Cir in Charlottesville, and from there had no problems making it home. Are you going to use the SE to commute to Lynchburg? Interested in whether it makes that round trip on a single charge.
This is exactly how I have been tracking my SE aboard the Hawaiian Highway. You can just type in "shipfix 'vessel name'" into Google and it will give you the link for your ship.![]()
Whoa! That is the first site I have found that will track ships that are outside the land based receivers!
Here is the link for tracking the Sagittarius Leader: https://shipfix.com/ship/sagittarius-leader_IMO-9283887

Here is the link for those of us on the Hawaiian Highway: https://shipfix.com/ship/hawaiian-highway_IMO-9712632I've been able to track Hawaiian Highway on Shipfix without a paid account, seems to be near real-time.

Just got a call from my MA that the car arrived! They need a day or two to perform the PDI. Also had to confirm that I didn't want the front license plate holder installed.
If I lived in CA, I'd make my own, slightly smaller than standard vinyl-wrap style front plate. The legal full-sized ones don't appear to fit the SE's front bumper. The other alternative to drilling is the license-plate holder that uses the tow-hook mount.I still can’t convince my wife to go without the front plate in CA.
