Beta renderings

Today Aptera dropped four "artsy", soft-focus renderings of the Beta redesign. What we know for certain is that the doors have a new hinge design that opens more "up" and less "out" and that, to comply with those states that don't have an "autocycle" category and will identify Aptera as a motorcycle, there will be a center headlight embedded in the nose lightbar.

Questions to Aptera about the Beta renderings prompted this response: "We look forward to updating the website with the renderings in a couple of weeks. Additionally, we are making the prototypes and will share more detailed images once they are completed. For now, until we get to Gamma, you might see more of these softer-focus images. Your understanding and patience is appreciated while our engineers work to continuously improve."

The take-away is that what we're seeing may very well be "design exercises" and not the actual progress toward production. Although the Alpha dashboard/IP incorporated some Model 3 design elements, the Beta rendering suggests some similarity to the latest Model S...
