side mirrors opening after driving, on their own?

I know...I should study the manual and maybe find this...but on my Sig. + SE (2022 model), I have the power folding mirrors. One time I started driving without opening the mirrors, and after maybe 30 yards, they opened on their own. Did I just imagine that, or can that happen?
(I do enjoy the key fob mirror features...still leaning all the tricks!)
 
Yes, MINI decided that when you're driving the mirrors are more useful unfolded. The manual says they unfold at 25 mph.

Oh, I really like that feature! I kept trying to re-create the situation and I was obviously driving too slowly. Love it! Love all the built-in safety features! Ideally, I open/close with my key fob, but there are always variations in my habits.
