There are a couple ways to send someone a direct (or personal) message. You can click on their name below the little avatar box to the left of their post. A pop up should appear with a few different options. One of them is "Start a conversation."

Hi! Yes they replaced one cell (at least that's what I recall them telling me) lol. It was better for a few days and then boom crap again. Then the pandemic kept me not driving as much but its still a HUGE issue. My full charge start used to be 238 and now it's 142. When i do commute its 90+miles round trip....so I do have an SR# and an assigned rep who i was talking to now knows I want the buyback if it's available...fingers crossed, but now I don't know what to get next when my buyback gets approved!!!
Hi. I just joined and I am totally freaked out about the fire risk. I have a 2018 Bolt and just began a dialog with GM this week. I want them to buy back the car, not sure what the requirements are for GM to buy back the car. I have not done the recall yet, it is scheduled for this week even though cars are still catching on fire. Any advice on how to navigate the process of a buyback or transfer to a new Bolt?

Hello, I just spent 20 minutes waiting on the concierge line to get someone then they told me after checking my VIN that my 2019 was NOT part of the recall. The letter I got from GM advising me to get the diagnostics update was just because it was great software, not to specifically monitor the battery. I checked my VIN multiple times in the months before now and it came up in the recall. Something smells fishy here. Anyway they wouldn't process my request. I asked what the cutoff date of manufacture was for the recall and was told it wasn't information that could be shared with me. I've got a lease so eventually I'll get out of it but this is ridiculous.
