No there is not a Tesla to CCS ( DCFC ) adapter. There are level 2 ( Tesla destination chargers) to j 1772 . I have one and use it at motels that have Tesla destination chargers. It works quite well.

Tesla super chargers ( DCFC) are proprietary to Tesla.
