Wow! American reservations are open? Not a peep yet in Canada. That's a bit of a flip flop from the norm.

Strange things can happen. Looks like the Leafs are going to win a playoff round. First time in 17 years!

Wasn’t the VW ID.4 available later in Canada? I know you have been able to reserve the Audi Q4 for the last month or so.

Although not confirmed (at least by Hyundai Canada website) I would think the bass "Essential RWD SR" price could be within the range of the Federal iZEV rebate minimum ($45K) just to qualify, but supply of that model could be years down the road as Hyundai will no doubt want to sell the LR version.
Wonder how long the pre-order wait will be this time:rolleyes:

I heard, in the US, the IONIQ 5 will be offered in the ZEV states + ~ a dozen more. Do we know exactly which states? Particularly, Florida.

OK, here’re the 17 states that they’ll start with: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas and Vermont.
This car is starting to grow on me; it may replace the ID.4 in the pecking order.

Has anyone else not received a call yet? I reserved early and there wasn't even a vehicle selection when i reserved, but my CC was charged. But no call yet.

No call yet at my end either. But, I had thought that the call would come from your local (zip code) Hyundai dealer (rather than the manufacturer)? If so, I may have a long wait, as the sales people at my local Hyundai dealership will have to start their EV training with, "How do I spell 'electric' again?"

In my case the call was from corporate customer support.

When you put down your deposit, are you supposed to get an email confirmation? I didn't receive anything, but I see a charge of $100 on my card.

Yes, they said getting it early will be no problem :)

No, I reserved early when the form wasn’t completely loading and I had a SE in White reserved. Evidently the defaults.
Same here, mine is delivered today. [emoji1787]

I "reserved" the white SE as well. Did you get a confirmation about the change?

I'm missing something. Are you both joking? Are you seriously saying your getting an Ioniq 5 next month?
