This video is from November 2019, but it's still good. I especially appreciated hearing how they going to be allowed to use cameras and screens for the side view mirror replacements.

This seems to be "up in the air" again - they're now talking about the possibility of small mirror/camera hybrids to meet the mirror requirements until NHTSA gets around to approving cameras instead of mirrors. Contrary to what many think, side-view camera systems are NOT illegal - it's NOT having sideview mirrors that's illegal!
