Cover license plate holes in front bumper

Hi,
I have a 2019 and previous owner had front license plate and left two ragged holes in front bumper. Anyone know if I can get a couple small discs of appropriate color to cover? Any other suggestions?

Amazon has lots of front plate alternatives if you are not required to have a front plate.
