Today I check Voltage on NEMA 14-50 outlet -shows 250 Volts.which translates to 8 kW /Hr .charging .Thats why SE not accept MAXIMUM IMG_1386.jpeg charging only reduced to protect car charger .SE charging is 7.4 kW/Hr.Now I have explanation what was going on for 2 years.According to my power provider they can’t do anything for me bc I’m in acceptable range what come to my house.Voltage 120v/240v can be -+114-126volts and 240 voltage -+228-252 volts as they explain-+. 5% is a standard but obviously my SE don’t like 250 VOLTS .Public/commercial charges never give me a problem bc they run on 208 Volts with charging rate of 6.656 kW/Hr. Which is lower than 7.4 kW/Hr. Set for SE .According to my conclusion home outlet for L2 charger should be at 234 Volts to charge at 32 Amps.to have charging rate of 7.488kW/Hr.
