Is there Android app that unlocks optional settings ?

I had a Nissan leaf and someone developped an app vis OBD2 that gave you more settings than you were offered. Im hoping to find one here, even if its a pro version.

Im actually looking for a setting that unlocks my car when its placed into Park, and when its powered off, not one or the other.
