Hyundai - surprisingly long delay answering a simple query

    I have not had a proper night-time SatNav display since day 1 so today I contacted the 'live chat' facility. I did all their requests, including a soft reset. Finally, I did their requested video showing all the settings. 50 secs long it showed each stage to get the black screen and dark roads with no detail, also including latest version data.
    Finally, I was asked to contact them after a couple of hours (noon they suggested). By noon, I asked again. Leave it with us for a few days and we'll have a look - they said.

    I can hardly believe that an expert Hyundai tech could not watch a 50 sec video and instantly identify something significant. Its disappointing to find yourself seen as someone who can wait for days before getting a simple answer.

    This morning's chat with 'live chat' was fruitless. Despite absolute assurances that they would be discussing it with Korea and definitely have a fix by today - they had no ideas at all. <extremely big sigh'.
