Yes, it's nothing wrong, just telling you that your high voltage battery is lending some juice to the 12v. I was puzzled by it at first, too, and the explanation in the manual is very well hidden.
Mine keeps coming also since the update. Prior to the update it only came on only when I did a remote start or was using the accessories. Now it comes on all the time. It's not normal.
I disconnected the negative cable on the12v battery for 30 seconds and reconnected cable. This seems to have fixed the issue with the RTFM light coming on way too often. However I still have a problem with the blue link (climate) remote start not working after BMS update.
