Can you use a power outlet in a public park to charge your car?

  1. This true but conversely you could do a DCFC to 80% before going to the hotel and finish to 100 % over night and be ready to go with a full charge in the morning. Gets you a nice long run on you second day of a road trip. Also helpful if it is a long ways to the next DCFC and there are no level 2s at the hotel. just one of many options.

Good point.. maybe I should bring the 110V EVSE with me on road trips.. I'll probably also bring my 32 AMP 240 Volt EVSE with me too (15-40 plug).
