In olden days, oil used to be changed at 3,000 miles. That was a great way to sell oil and filters. Why do you suppose that GM thought it okay to wait 24 months to change oil? The Vole is pretty much the same technology as the Clarity.

One item listed under the A0 service is “Stay RR, RR Subframe” inspection. What is that?

Also in the very olden days you were told to add oil when the engine was down a quart. Was this some kind of 1950s/60s crude algorithm developed by automotive engineers? No, it was because oil came in quart cans that couldn't readily be sealed up again. Thus you used the entire quart and didn't have to deal with an open can with 1/2 or 1/3 quart of oil remaining in it.

This is correct. Resetting "1" (tire rotation) will push your oil change interval "A" to the 1 year mark.
A01 came on for me at ~6500 miles and 7 months of ownership. Service due was in 3 weeks.
First I reset "0", it showed A1 as still due in 3 weeks.
Then I reset "1", this made the "A" go away and now service due is 5 months away.

Update here from Warm CT, (At least today),
I am now up to my 3rd oil change in less than 1 yr. Mileage 17000+
Not sure how Honda is figuring out when to change the oil and filter.
Our driving style is several long trips over 200 miles as well as in city to work. With access to 220v chargers at work but use 120v charger at home.
So we do all kinds of driving.

So getting ready to switch to AMS oil. That is what I have used in my previous Two Civic Hybrids and Odysseys. So Hopefully there will be a longer interval between changes. Oil Filter is Ea15k13. It is a 1yr, 15k mile filter. That info is Directly from AMSOIL Tech Services Rep. Ryan Lawrey via email. The AMSOIL website has Not been Updated yet (4-2-19, 3:57pm).

Yes, I am a Satisfied AMSOIL Customer. (No Compensation Received)

Another problem developed- I found a approx 1/2" Bubble on driver's front tire. Outside Wall near tire tread, opposite valve stem. No damage found around bubble. No scrapes, scuffs, etc.

Honda Dealer States-Road Hazard Damage! Not covered by any warranty. So those Michelin Energy Tires go for $200.00 each from Honda per Dealer. Purchase price Paid Up Front before they will Order new tire From Honda.
And mounting and balancing is only $24.95. But the New Tire is Covered under Road Hazard! So any further problems will be covered, hmm.

Oh, and Now I am getting Low Tire Air pressure alarms. I have a ?slow leak in another tire. Possibly Drivers Rear that was at 13 psi when I checked.
After topping off All tires at 36 psi, Alarm is still on. Gotta try to Calibrate Tire Stems Again.

    Okay, Off my perch.

    So be Prepared Folks.

It means check the rear subframe and stays. The Japanese abbreviate front as FR and rear as RR. I'd guess you'd just be looking for things you'd look for on any car like cracks, rust degradation, worn out bushings, etc.
