Is anybody failing to access their MINI Drivers Guide app? Tried to access it on my phone today and it asked me to login, and I did and it said I am using the wrong credentials, so I updated my password. But using the new credentials, the MINI Drivers Guide app is still saying I am using the wrong credentials. I did discover that if you change your credentials on the MINI Drivers Guide app, you have to change your credentials on the MINI app too
YUP!!! I’ve been scratching my head all afternoon, trying to check out a page in the manual. Smfh I thought I was losing my mind.
An update on this: After a month, our dealer was able to provide us the following steps that resolve this issue for us; after reaching out to the MINI Connected Drive Team: 1. Go to the MINI Portal, I guess each country has their own. 2. Login to your account 3. Reset your password 4. The customer.bmwgroup.com will send you a link to change your password 5. Login again to your MINI Portal with the new password 6. Then login to the MINI Drivers Guide app with your new password 7. Lastly, login to the MINI app with your new password The above worked for us, and we regain access back to the MINI Portal and can see our subscribed connected services, can access the Drivers Guide again and still can use the MINI app.
