Be determined, be dog determined, because you can bet your bottom dollar you will not get what you want at your first try and this my friends is one of the biggest reasons people don't achieve what they want.Lets look at this practically. You want to lose a stone, so you start dieting and all is going well and then you get invited out and the diet gets blown for one day. Now many people get to this stage and will go OK I'll start again and they do. But then for some reason their plans get disrupted and the shopping they had planned doesn't happen and they work late and they get home hungry, knowing they have nothing in the house to eat and I'm afraid they succumb to ease. So no problem you think I'll start again. Now the people who keep starting again will eventually succeed but the truth is most people will go "oh I failed, I'll start again another time, life is just too busy at the moment." Do they start again? I think we all know the answer to this question and it's not just about losing weight.
