I have been competing in grass roots motorsport since 2005. But recently I built myself an Electric Vehicle (EV) from the ground up.
I have now built two EVs specifically for time trial based motorsport. These events include Autocross, Khanacross, Motorkhana, Gymkhana and Hill climbs.
EVs are particularly well suited to these events where the torque provides an advantage from a standing start and low speed corners and where range is not a factor.
