Wireless charger not working - Kona EV 2022

I tried the fuse box fixes and it does jumpstart the options in the Convenience folder on the infotainment screen but the charging pad still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Have you enabled wireless charging in the setup? (Setup / Vehicle / Convenience / Wireless Charging System)
