I'm in Canada and the filters I used to buy have gone up to $30 CAD. Seems steep for what they are.

I'm also having a hard time finding compatible filters on Amazon.ca

Anyone have any luck finding good cheap filters on Amazon.ca?

Thanks for any input

Vacuum off the loose surface dust and dirt then gently wash the filter in cold clean water. This will drop the electrostatic charge on the fibres, which is how the modern filter works, it is not simply a sieve.

With the microscopic particles rinsed away, slowly dry the filter without direct heat and the filter fibre will regenerate its active charge and be, almost, as good as new.

You could buy local if you have a NAPA auto parts store nearby. They have two options for under $20. Rock auto has plenty of options but shipping to Canada is prohibitively expensive.
