Well, when you don't perform with sales, profits and stock price, he deserved to get fired. I think there is more hurt in store for German cars and industry with their energy crisis. Big mistake hitching their fortunes to Russia and now having to decouple.

I think it was a big blow to them when Germans themselves prefer Hyundai to any of the VW group, incl the luxury cars.
