Underbody shield for SE made of Lexan

I build underbody shield from Lexan to protect SE from running over a road debris bc I put there a structure to install a bull bar a cardboard factory protection didn’t meet my standards.Pictures of my shield are with masking tape bc with clear Lexan you can’t see what was build .Lexan is 250 times stronger than tempered glass and thicker size are bulletproof.

Without stiffeners, it's going to flex a lot and with the amount of surface area, there will be a lot of horizontal stress at the attachment points which can stretch it and elongate the holes. I hope it works out for you. How many miles do you have on it so far?

I have them installed in a past on Vw Jetta 100000 miles no issues Vw Passat no problem and on SE only 100 miles today .That Lexan is very rigid and with all points where is fastened is not flexing at all and a holes stay the same as long I was owning previous cars is good staff.
