UK 3 pin plug charging

Hi all, I'm new to this forum so apologies if this has been spoken about before. I've recently bought the mini se and we love it but I've tried charging at work on a 12 hr night shift via plug socket and from 50% to full charge is saying 14 hrs, the website says 12 hrs for a full charge. Anyone else had these problems?

How many amps is your charger rated for? And is your car set to pull at max amperage or is it set to the reduced setting?

Check your Mode 1 & Mode 2 charging settings.
