Hi,

My first posting on this forum. Since Nov 2024 I drive a 84 kw model RWD with the standard audio but with the available jbl upgrade (in Holland). Sound does improve seriously.
I was curious if there were any tweeters in the front doors installed, so I had a look.
To my suprise I found the tweeters but to me it looked like they were both installed the wrong way. The back of the tweeter is closed. What do you think?

So the tweeters face the inside of the A-pillar instead of the inside of the cabin? Is it a simple task to flip the tweeters around?

Hi,
Thnx. No, the tweeter can not be installed the other way around. Will not fit. I got the impression that the tweeter model is not intended to be used at all in an Ioniq 5. See new pictures.

Welcome to the forum! It sounds like you've made an interesting discovery with the tweeters in your RWD. Normally, tweeters should have an open-back design to allow for optimal sound dispersion, so it’s unusual to see them installed in reverse. It could be a factory mistake or a unique design choice. It might be worth reaching out to the dealer for clarification! My brother needed help with his coursework, and I wasn’t familiar with his subject. I searched for a trustworthy service and found UKWritings's essay writing service at ukwritings.com and their expert crafted a well-researched and properly structured paper that met all academic guidelines. He was able to submit it on time and received great feedback from his professor. This service has been a huge help for students like us.
Thanks for sharing.
