One of the things that I perversely like about my SE is the front turn signals. When I'm at a light with a turn signal on, I can see its reflection in various road signs in front of me, and even on the road name sign affixed to the traffic light 15' to 20' feet above the road. I often turn off the signal to see if the turn signal of the car in front of me has a similar effect, and it *never* does.

I'm surprised that we haven't heard comments from pilots saying "hey! there's another MINI down there!"

They are not actually that dazzling to other drivers. The effect that you see on signs is because of the tighter diffusion of light from LEDs. It tends to reflect back to the source more directly, rather than scattering in all directions. Other drivers don't see the reflections of your flashers on overhead signs. But they might see their own lights reflecting, not in sync with yours.
