Setting up a decent dashboard in Torque Pro (TP) is quite demanding. Meanwhile, there are some good dashboards out there shared by enthusiasts.
Unfortunately, TP only accepts importing dashboards from a specific directory: “Android/data/org.prowl.torque/files/dashboards”. Unfortunately, Android (12,13 ?) restricted common access to app directories.
For me, on Android 14, it is not possible to locate and drop files in the dashboard directory. Here's a solution.
Verified guidelines on Android 14 (2024-04-05).
1. Download Marc's Android application "Files" (id=com.marc.files) to your device
2. Open the application and navigate to the directory “Android/data/org.prowl.torque/files/dashboards”
3. In the application menu at the top right (3 vertical dots), choose “New window”
4. In the new window, navigate to the unsecured directory where the file to copy is located (probably "downloads")
5. Arrange the 2 instances of the “Files” application in split-screen
6. Click-and-drag the desired file (“downloads” directory) to the other window (“dashboards” directory)
