The Empulse isn’t manufactured anymore. It was an independent brand that was bought out by Victory Motorcycles and went away after Polaris shut down Victory in Favor of Indian.
It was a unique electric bike because it had a gearbox but it was kind of gimmicky. The gearbox was gimmicky not the bike which was fun to ride.
If they are still being made it would be news to me.
Zero Motorcycles are probably a better comparison to the LiveWire.
