Yeah, but now the shareholders know that they can't believe anything Musk says, as he will use that legalese to cover his a**!
I've been telling people for a long time. The only important thing in Tesla earnings calls is at the beginning where Jeff Enanson (the IR VP who has since left) warns:
"The BS we tell investors in this call are all forward looking statements. Don't hold us liable for anything we say or do. Just give us the munny!".
