Software update

I downloaded the September update, copied it to a USB drive, connected the drive to my 2024 Kona electric and the updating process started on its own.
I drove for 50 minutes and the info screen said “updates in progress”… “if you turn off the car the updates will continue when you start the car again”. Later, I drove for 90 minutes. Same messages on the screen! How will I know when the updates have been successfully applied?

I never install using your method. I usually just power up my car in the garage and run the installation. This latest update took about 1 hr 45 mins to complete. There is a "UPDATE COMPLETE" message that gets displayed at the end of the install. Also, you can go into the system settings and look at what the updated version is installed.

Has anyone seen any evidence of over-the-air updates on their '24s? My impression was that manual head unit uploads were supposed to be a thing of the past.
