Yes the front seats adjust up and down, similar amount to any other vehicle I've driven. Maybe from bottom to top it goes up around 3 or 4 inches? There's no way to really measure it, but it seems it would be a sufficient amount unless someone is extremely short/tall. I am 5'8" with a short-ish torso and I adjust it somewhere in the middle range for me.
I like that it has memory seat/side mirror settings so husband and I can save our own preferences.
