For some reason, I can not see the image. Did you know that the Irvine Design studio is near I 5 and Jamboree? It is also close to the blimp hanger in Tustin (used to be called Tustin Air Center, was a Marine Corp helicopter base back in the 80's and 90's.) My dad worked on the blimp hangers back in 1947. I would guess if you drive through the Rivian HQ employee parking lot, that at least one employee would have a Rivian parked there?
