Hello EV gurus,

I've been getting this alert from the Honda link app,

Remaining battery is below specified level, please check if your vehicle is properly plugged in.

The main battery had at least 50% and in got that message. Even after I fully charged it in got the message. I haven't checked the 12v battery yet, but I'm starting to think maybe it's referring to the 12v?

Also question about battery tenders, do you guys normally unplug at least the negative to use the battery tender/ maintainer for the 12v? Or do you keep everything plugged in? Honda manual says to unplug.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Go to charge schedule and change the reminder percentage. I cannot take a screenshot because Honda software guys again exhibit their utter incompetence by intentionally making their app impossible to screenshot.

Thanks so much for that Pettey!! Not sure why I had it set to below %100 to remind... it was really freaking me out.

Here's an interesting tid-bit, since it was brought up - I cannot screen shot from my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 due to security restrictions; however, I have an iPad and can screen shot on it without any issues. Bizarre!

There's no restriction on the iOS app. They added it on the Android app after a bunch of screenshots were published showing errors when their server was down at some point (and, of course, the app will not work once the new version comes out--apparently the server checks the version)
