Reliable Info on IRS Tax Credit Quotas for Toyota??

I'm on the verge of buying a 2019 Prius Prime BUT I don't know if Toyota has reached it's quota for the IRS tax credit for this car. (The tax credit is $4,500)
DOES ANYBODY KNOW A RELIABLE WEBSITE TO GO TO TO SEE HOW CLOSE TOYOTA IS TO IT'S QUOTA? My understanding is that it's by Manufacturer, NOT model. So Tesla has one quota for all of it's cars and the other brands the same.

I do not have a reliable page (Search on irs.gov), but I think you do not need to worry. Toyota only has the Prime that even qualifies for any rebate. All the "millions " of Priuses do not count. They are far from the 200000 maximum cars to receive a rebate.
