I've followed (unable to evade) the various announcements of 'solid state' batteries BUT they are not announcing them for cell phones, pads, and laptops. Get a sense of perspective folks ... solid state EVs should follow, not lead consumer devices.
So if some vendor announces their EV solid-state battery, ask them back, "Do you have one for my cell phone or laptop?"
