Hi everyone. I’m in the process of purchasing a Base 2019 Clarity with 10,450 miles from Carvana. Carvana gives us 7 days to return the car. During these 7 days, what things should I check out or do to my Clarity?
Obviously if the car hasn't been in an accident everything should still be fine. Most would probably agree to have your ev battery tested for capacity. I would charge to 100 percent and then see if you get close to the 47 miles ev range. Don't go by the range gesstimator. 47 miles is expected in ideal conditions...speeds under 60 mph and not excessive use of heat or ac. As you know your car is still under warranty at least for the big stuff like engine, drive train. The ev system (including ev battery) is part of the emissions sysrem and coverage varies depend in where the car is registered. In California its 10 years or 150k miles.
