I've never taken any of the dozens of surveys spammers advertise on the forums I visit, but I like giving my opinion:

1. Make every charging station report its up-to-the-second working/non-working status on the 'net
2. Make every charging station report its up-to-the-second how-long-occupied/available status on the 'net
3. Display all charging information anyone could ever want and make that info available on the 'net
4. Accept regular credit-cards for payment without requiring a perfect cellphone connection
5. Provide a 1-minute solution to billing/charging problems without requiring a perfect cellphone connection
