The income requirements is to get an additional $500. Download the application and it breaks does the rebate amount, for the clarity it would be $1000.

Yes, 1k (plus 500 if you are under the income level threshold). BTW, if your electric provider is PECO, PECO offers a $50 rebate that applies to Clarity.

Oct 17th filed for rebate online. PA rebate check in hand on Nov 21st

I received my check today! It was submitted online December 10, marked "Complete" February 4.
