Panic Button Hack

The poorly considered design of Kia's key fob panic button (which often results in inadvertent horn blasts) has been discussed in other Kia forums. If that bugs you as much as it does me, here's a video I found on how to quickly and easily disable the button.

LOL. That happened to me even during the test drive at the dealer and a couple of times since I bought mine! Still think I will just be careful instead of disabling. Thanks for sharing.

I used a small amount of super glue on mine, that way I can still press hard to break the glue and get it to work if I had to.
