Our tire/Wheel is noisy

Our passenger front tire is making strange noises. The sound you hear is when driving slowly while backing out of the driveway. When we leave and go down the street it makes a swish-swish-swish sound that I have always associated with rust on the brakes. I've done numerous hard stops and it comes back the next day.

After we drive for a while the noise stops, usually. Last night we were at a restaurant for a while and when we came out it made that "driveway" sound that you hear in this recording. I think that whatever is doing this is getting worse.

Any ideas? Honda could not determine what it is.

Doesn't work or no sound? The video at Imgur has it turned off so it needs to be turned on at the lower right .. There is no video, just the sound. I edited the original post to show that.

nothing plays, i don't hear anything, and the video itself doesn't have any controls on it.

Strange. Works for me. Another poster heard it on Reddit. Another try? I logged out of Imgur and it still worked.

Hrm, it opened in an incognito window. I may have a weird cookie.

Hard to tell, lots of road noise/etc. could be a wheel bearing, but the creaking sounds more like a CV joint.

Do some more diagnosis on it. Does it only do it at certain speeds? turning left vs right vs straight.
