Have to say Norway knows how to do it. One of the largest oil exporters in the world and a booming economy. That has increased tax revenues greatly so they can not only afford great social services, healthcare and education, but also promote EV adoption and growth. And they are the only country that has had to RAISE their interest rates 4 times in the past year to cool it. Nice problem to have during these times...
