No A/C after arriving at charger with 8% battery

So we’re on our way home and our A/C isn’t working. We arrived at a fast charger with just 8% battery. I clicked the “activate climate control”. When we stopped while hubby was plugging in. It gave an error message so we sat charging for 35 minutes with no a/c. Once we turned the car back on after charging there’s still no a/c but no error messages. Help please…what can we do to get it working again while we drive home.

Thanks for the link. We’ll try some of those at the next charger stop.

Try switching on Max AC for a few minutes and then turning it back off - seems to have fixed similar issues before.

Of course as soon as we stopped to charge and got out the Climate started working. So stressful.
