Nissan Ariya on a Pole-to-Pole Adventure

Hi all: I just read about Nissan’s Ariya going on a North to South pole adventure. It will start in March 2023. The website for it is: poletopoleev.com

I am NOT affiliated with this project, I just saw it in the news and thought we on this forum might be interested in it.

Seeing as you cannot do this without crossing both the Arctic and Southern oceans, I am curious as to Nissan’s plan there.

I assume they would have to locate the right berg and hitch a ride

Probably possible in the Arctic winter. I don’t think the waters at Cape Horn ever freeze. Unless they go south-to-north and ride a ‘berg to Chile?
