Niro EV Rear Camera Change

The rear camera has such a low resolution, I am wondering how difficult it is to change to 1080p at least? It is a shame because of the nice LCD it has unless the LCD is the issue?
Any thoughts?

It might be possible, but it seems unlikely that you could find a replacement that fits, and can be connected into the stock wiring.

This guy did it to his Volt, but no turning lines. I Didn't know they made them so basic.
