Hello,
I know there are several threads on the subject. I am hoping someone has information on the replacement battery. I like several others on this board waited several months for the replacement. My car was completed a week ago and it seems fine. The date on the new battery is 10/25/2020. Realistically is there anything about these batteries that could have been improved? Thank you.

Until the Korean version of NHTSA (MLIT) confirms the issue was defective (manufactured or not to spec) separators installed during the manufactured recall dates we will be in the dark. One can assume the chemistry NCM 622 remains the same. We are also waiting for confirmation that new (or properly manufactured) separators have been installed to the post recall date manufactured packs. (Of course the BMS ROM ID's have been updated as well which can be identified on that same pack label)
