Hi All - I've used the Kia navigation without issue for about the first year I've had the Niro, but recently the voice search has been functioning much differently. Basically, the issue is that when I search for a street address or a city, it now asks for a category first. Nothing I do voice-wise will pull up either a city or address. I believe that this change might have coincided with the expiration of the free enhanced remote options at the 1-year mark? Has anyone else noticed this? It's insanely frustrating.

Did you update the entertainment screen software?
I remember a posting about someone having the exact same issue in the Kona.
The post could be here in the Kona forum somewhere but I'm following several forums and Facebook, so it might be somewhere else.
They found out of they asked their car in a very specific way they got it to work.
