My Clarity navigation is showing it's time to update. Updates Not Free?

I just got the message to update my Clarity navigation. I have done it every year. This year it says it must be purchased. Has anyone ran into this? I know some new vehicles only come with 3 years of updates. Seems the Clarity may be along the same lines. Not a problem, I just have never seen this mentioned before. Surprized.

Question answered. I just downloaded and am performing update. No fee this year.

Surprised folks still use built in navigation when far superior versions are available thru Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Waze gives me instant traffic information, helping me to decide which route will save me the most time.
