mustart only flashing green

We purchased a used Mustart EV charger. Had 240 installed at home. Plugged the Mustart in and it just flashes green. No Charging. Help

Contact the manufacturer, they seem to have good support. My first Mustart began to overheat during charging and they replaced the entire unit. They may have some clues to (hopefully) give an easy fix.
