I've been unable to log on to the MINI Garage since I got my production number from the dealer, Otto's in West Chester PA, nearly two weeks ago. Does anyone have information about the site? I've emailed BMW/MINI and the dealer with no response.

Update! I was able to log on after re-registering with an alternate E-mail address??!!
