I drove 7 miles to my work from home today .. It takes 20% of my charge ..So; it will go 35 miles per charge ? Is it right mileage on electric ? I didn’t put on AC or Heater even .. But the music was on ...

But on their website (Honda FAQ section) they claim like below ;

What is the driving range on the Clarity Electric?
The Clarity Electric received an EPA combined driving-range rating of 89 miles on a single charge. Your range will vary depending on driving conditions, how you drive and maintain your vehicle, battery age/condition, and other factors such as vehicle load and weather.

You quoted the range for the BEV, not the PHEV. Which do you have? 35 miles seems a little low for the PHEV, but depending on the conditions and your driving style, might be a reasonable estimate.
 
I have noticed that the % is never accurate for me. When I get a full charge, my EV range states around 60 miles and depending on my driving I can get about 55 miles. With the weather getting colder, I anticipate the full charge range to drop to 45-50 miles and with the heat on, I may get 40. I stopped paying attention to the % because it would tell me 50% when I had 20-25 miles of range. It never seemed to match the range mileage number so I ignore it.

So you were looking at the wrong value. Honda says 47 estimated EV miles for the PHEV. 35 does seem a little low considering you didn't have many other draws on the battery. If your route is uphill? Is it high speed or stop and go? Are you an aggressive driver? Is it exactly 7 miles or did you round down? All of these will impact estimated range.
 
I've been trying to coast more and accelerate a little more slowly from stops, and it is having a positive effect. My estimated EV has climbed to 58 after previously sitting in the mid to high 40s. I expect it to come down as the temperature drops, but that is getting me most of the way to work and back (~66 miles of a combination of 60+ mph highways and 40 mph streets) right now, with about a 10 mile drop in HV range. Moving from an ICE car that took premium gas and combined with our cheap electricity, I am saving ~$150/month, which will put a good dent in the monthly payment. We love it!
 
Be sure to check your tire pressure which can make a large difference. The weather turning cold will cause you to loose psi and it will be exaggerated if there are large temperature swings and/or depending how good the the tire to rim seal is.

60 miles or km? Man that is high if its miles, I get ~38 but I also run the seat heaters and mostly drive single lane highway (50s-60s). Only estimated for 47 m EV range so thats excellent for you!
 
I and others on the forum have reported as high as the low 70's for real world EV mileage with careful driving in Good conditions. Aggressive driving, using the heat and really cold weather might not even get you 30. So the "normal" range could be anywhere from the mid 20s to the low 70s depending on how and where you are driving. The EV estimate is pretty accurate if you replicate your last drive - but the car only knows what you've done, not what you are doing next...
 
In S florida, we get 45-50 miles before we hit the 2 bars of electric shown on the gauge. Drive 55-60 mph on 2 lane rural road for 30 miles of trip, very seldom do we use any fuel.
 
Once a week, I go "up the hill", a round-trip of about 90 miles. Because the "hill" is actually about 45 miles of steady uphill on the way there and the same amount on the way back (from about 800ft to 6,000ft), we take the Clarity and not the Tesla. Almost without fail, the following day after that trip, the estimated EV range jumps from its usual 45-50 miles to 65-70 miles. While the uphill run is done mostly in HV mode, the downhill run obviously tricks the system into the higher estimate because it's all EV. We reproduce this every week. Because winters are not drastic here - even at 6,000 ft - Jan/Feb estimates were pretty much the same as now in Sep/Oct.

Regardless of the estimate, actual miles are what counts. And for us those tend to be somewhere between 45-55 miles per charge. We'll see what happens from Dec-Feb coming up.

I Would give it some time and actually do a test. Charge it full and the drive at least 25 miles in normal/economy and see how close you are to 50%. If it is really cold you will get less EV range.
 
I wonder what the EV mileage is on the cars that have been sitting on the dealers' lots for months without being driven or charged. Would that significantly lower the charge capacity?

That is 60 miles but when I am driving 30-40mph around town. If I drive above 45mph for more than a few minutes, it drops.
